This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise transformation, business process management, and operational excellence. </div><div>The intern will partner closely with Enterprise Excellence leaders and theSignavioProduct team to capture, model, and synthesize business processesidentifiedthrough BJs summer intern projects. The work produced will become part of BJs long-term enterprise process repository and support initiatives across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Membership, and other core functions. This role is ideal for students interested in operations, consulting, process improvement, or enterprise systems. </div></div><div><div>WhatYoullDo</div><div><ul><li>Translate findings from ~25 intern-led projects into standardized business process models</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Document end-to-end processes using BPMN-style flows in SAPSignavio(training provided)</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct structured intakes to capture current-state processes, pain points, and opportunities</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure process consistency within BJs enterprise process hierarchy</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with theSignavioProduct Manager to review andvalidatemodels</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identifycross-functional themes and optimization opportunities</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to final insights and presentations highlighting enterprise value</li></ul></div><div>WhatYoullLearn</div><div><ul><li>Business process management and enterprise process architecture fundamentals</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>How large organizations document and improve end-to-end operations</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to enterprise platforms including SAP, Blue Yonder, Workday, and UKG</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Practical use of Generative AI tools to support documentation and analysis</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>How operational insights translate into scalable, long-term business value</li></ul></div><div>Required Qualifications</div><div><ul><li>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to synthesize conversations and documentation into clear process flows</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>High attention to detail and ability to produce professional documentation</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Willingness to learn new tools, methods, and concepts quickly</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Interest in operations, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Some Travel Required</li></ul></div></div>This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
