We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ambulatory Nurse to join our healthcare team in La Plata, United States. As an Ambulatory Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting. • Assess patients' health conditions and provide appropriate nursing care in an ambulatory setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Assist with outpatient procedures and treatments as needed
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on medical needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
