Position Summary: Responsible for the strategic management of Consumer Service department projects to include regional, organization-wide, and global. Projects may be multi-faceted and highly complex. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES - Manages regional and global projects of various sizes including planning, execution and transition.
- As a senior subject matter expert, occasionally negotiates and influences project direction and/or anticipates potential issues or cross-organizational impacts.
- Provides oversight and status reporting on assigned projects.
- Defines, scopes, plans, communicates and executes the assigned projects.
- Identifies, analyses, defines, and coordinates stakeholder needs.
- Creates, updates, and maintains all documentation related to the projects including charters, work plans, timelines, issue/risk logs and budgets.
- Identifies and facilitates systematic improvements through project management best practices.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 8-10 years of related project management experience.
- Preferred experience utilizing Waterfall and Scrum (Agile) Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/Business or a related field, or equivalent.
