That's right the change has already occured. A new paradigm shift has occured and if you haven't noticed the change you just missed it. And what is the Change? The Change is that a New Generation who is listening to a different song has emerged to take the scene.
This was the Generation that recognized the call President Obama was making in his bid for the Presidency. A generation that is unfeterred by the ideological and moral restrictions and beliefs that were imposed by previous generations.
This has had some good consequences as well as negative. On the negative side, we are finding that violence, intolerance, drug use, and careless s*xual activity on the rise. Being a Thug and Menace to Society is being held up as something to be admired. Playing the harlot is the role model given to our young women.
The good side is that a pragmatic approach to problems of politics is being looked at. Many people from the previous generation say that "just because it government nothing good can come from it." They equate the new role of government with that of Facist states of the past and present. In reality, the hard core ideological foundation necessary for a true facist, socialistic state just doesn't exist.
What we are seeing logical outcome of preprogrammed mindset. One that is based on the ME generation. Where selfishness and self centerness messes with a concern for the environment and peace.
We are living in strange and exciting times. We have a chance to participate in molding this Change that has already occured the question is are we aware of what is happening?
