I think these programs are breaching American Civil Liberties. President Obama has good intentions, but others in the Police Enforcement, CIA, and FBI are not genuine and use these programs to do unethical things. I personally don't think these programs make me comfortable, but make it easy to be spied on. It's like that movie, "Enemy of the State" that Will Smith played in years ago, is now a reality. It's scares me!
